Imani Love Mission

Meals that Heal, Love that Lasts

"If you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday."

Isaiah 58:10

The Bread of Life Feeding Program is dedicated to providing nutritious meals and essential vitamins to HIV-affected and malnourished children. By addressing their immediate nutritional needs, the program ensures that children grow healthy and strong, both physically and emotionally. Beyond meals, we equip caregivers with knowledge and tools to sustain proper nutrition at home, creating a long-term impact on family health.

Providing Healthy Balanced Meals

Every child enrolled in the program receives daily or weekly meals carefully designed to meet their nutritional needs. These meals include a mix of proteins, grains, fruits, and vegetables, ensuring children get the energy and nutrients required to grow strong and healthy.

Distribution of Vitamins & Supplements

To fill nutritional gaps and support overall health, we provide essential vitamins and supplements. This helps children maintain a strong immune system, reduces susceptibility to illnesses, and supports proper physical and cognitive development.

Nutrition Education for Caregivers

We don’t just feed children—we empower families. Caregivers attend interactive sessions where they learn about meal planning, food hygiene, and affordable, nutrient-rich options. These lessons equip families to maintain healthy diets at home, creating lasting change beyond the program.

Monitoring Growth & Health Indicators

Our team tracks children’s growth and health through regular check-ins and assessments. This ensures that each child is developing well and allows us to adjust meals or provide additional support where needed, making our approach both personalized and effective.
