Imani Love Mission

Serving with Love,
Living the Gospel in Action”

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms".

1 Peter 4:10

Requirements

Volunteers play a vital role in extending Christ’s love to HIV-affected children and families. We welcome individuals who demonstrate compassion, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve.

Volunteers should share our Christian values and be committed to living out their faith through practical service, prayer, and mentorship.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old (younger volunteers may serve under supervision) and provide valid identification, along with a church or community recommendation for those working directly with children. We value a wide range of skills — from teaching, tutoring, and counseling to evangelism, caregiving, administration, and community outreach — and encourage volunteers to serve according to their gifts.

All volunteers are expected to be dependable, respectful, and uphold confidentiality and modest conduct. Before placement, each volunteer participates in an orientation session covering our mission, policies, and child safeguarding guidelines.

Volunteers may serve on a short-term or long-term basis, depending on availability and organizational needs, and are required to sign our Child Protection and Code of Conduct Agreement, affirming their commitment to provide a safe and caring environment for every child.
